She has been actively involved in EPIC (Empowerment of Parenting Initiatives & Challenges) since past 8 years and has also authored books like Holistic Parenting and Personality Development for modern Youth, jointly with Ms Ashwini Telang. She is currently CEO of Synergesic Business Research firm and a member of NHRD.

Psychologist with specialization in Clinical Psychology and a Reiki Master conducting training programs in India and abroad. She is also empowered in the areas of Transactional Analysis, Industrial Psychology and Youth counseling having completed post graduate diploma programs from UK universities. She is has been working with S.O.M.E. training series since 2008 and also is a co-author for books Holistic Parenting and Personality Development for modern youth. She has worked on various research projects and publications. She is currently a Managing Partner with Synergesic Synergesic Business Research firm.

VLSI Design Engineer graduated from Pune University. He has been working in the field of ASIC mobile chip Design for the past 18 years with various organizations such as CMC, Cadence, Infineon. His core expertise is in physical design of testchips catering to niche technologies, planning and implementation, mentoring and team management. He is currently managing testchip physical design team in Qualcomm.

Practising Chartered Accountant with 16+ years' experience of working with MNCs, listed and reputed non listed companies. Corporate trainer & visiting faculty on Finance and Taxation invarious Management Institutes. Trustee and Financial Advisor to various Domestic and International Trusts and NGOs working in the field of Sports, Medical treatment, Education & Employment of Handicapped Persons. National level Sportsman represented India, Maharashtra and University and recipient of Individual awards.
